Clinical Supervisor-In Home Therapy

Join our team of dedicated human services professionals as Clinical Supervisor in the In-Home Therapy program at Behavioral Health Network!
The In-Home Therapy Clinical Supervisor works on the leadership team to support a multi-disciplinary team of professionals treating children with behavioral health challenges and their families to achieve stability and success in the community. The In-Home Therapy Clinical Supervisor supports staff through individual and group supervision, clinical consultation, administrative oversight. You will collaborate with program leadership and other service providers to ensure the high quality delivery of services to children and families
Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the In-Home Therapy program with the following:

Providing effective and positive leadership to a multi-disciplinary team of bachelor’s level, master’s level, and other professional level staff.
- Providing clinical supervision to clinicians, support workers, and therapeutic mentors.
- Providing administrative supervision to clinicians, support workers, and therapeutic.

- Interviewing and hiring credentialed staff for programs.
- Providing orientation to all new staff on-boarding into the programs.
- Responding to on-call needs of program as necessary.
- Training staff in writing both comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment
plans using sound clinical principals and judgment. - Participating in on-call rotation schedule as back-up support to on-call Clinician.
- Utilizing the DSM-V in completion of responsibilities.
- Developing working knowledge of and access to community resources.

The In-Home Therapy program at Behavioral Health Network is an intensive and flexible service that works with children and families to address and support behavioral health challenges. Services include family therapy, therapeutic training and support, care coordination and others, in any setting where the youth lives or attends school.

What are we looking for in an In-Home Therapy Clinical Supervisor?
Qualification/ Requirements
- Minimum of a Master’s degree in a mental health field (required).
- Licensed at the independent practice level (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT).
- Must have broad knowledge of mental illness and treatment techniques, including adults with severe and persistent mental health needs or children with serious emotional disturbance.
- Must have supervisory experience.
- Have a minimum of five years working with children, adolescents, and families with behavioral health challenges.
- Have familiarity with internet, word processing, and email systems.
- Must be certified in the Massachusetts CANS.
